The Bytedance Ltd. site can be accessed at the URL https://www.tiktok.com.For reference, please see EU registration 017913208 for the word mark Tik Tok here: https://www.tmdn.org/tmview/get-detail?st13=EM500000017913208, and EU registration 017913677 for the figurative mark Tik Tok TM number here: https://www.tmdn.org/tmview/get-detail?st13=EM500000017913677, as well as US registration 87888634: https://www.tmdn.org/tmview/get-detail?st13=US500000087888634. Further, Bytedance Ltd. owns exclusive rights over its logo. You can find a registration of their copyright in China dated 08/12/2016 here: 2017-F-00457064. The Bytedance Ltd site can be accessed at the URL https://bytedance.com/en. Because the TikTok trademark is highly valuable to Bytedance Ltd., they seek to protect the trademark from potential marketplace confusion.

Bytedance Ltd. does not tolerate and explicitly forbids in their policies any use of their services without Bytedance Ltd. express written consent, for any commercial or unauthorized purpose, including any attempt at incorporate their services or any portion thereof into any other program or product.
Our client has noticed that the following URL https://www.tiktok.fail/info/how-to-download-tiktok-videos-iphone.html, hosted by your company, uses the trademark TikTok without authorization. This use violates our client's intellectual property rights. Please note that our client is entitled to take legal actions against any unfair use of their trademark rightfully and lawfully according to international regulations.
We have a good-faith belief that the use of the protected material described above is not authorized by the right owner or its agent, nor is such use otherwise permissible under law.
